| WXIII: Patlabor the Movie 3 Detectives Takeshi Kusumi and Shinichiro Hata are investigating a mysterious rash of accidents involving Labors around Tokyo Bay. To their horror, all of the labor pilots are found murdered and horribly mutated as well. The case leads to a mutated creature roaming and terrorizing Tokyo Bay, which also links to a secret biological project known as the Wasted Thirteen (WXIII). However, Wasted Thirteen is linked to a government conspiracy and cover-up that reaches the deepest levels. The mysterious history of Wasted Thirteen also involves the tragic past of Hata and his girlfriend Saeko. Both detectives seek the help of Captain Goto and the Patlabor Special Vehicle Division 2, teaming up to help take down the WXIII creature. However, victory will come at a painful and costly price. |
